Grindelwald Glaciercanyon

There are 2 glaciers end at Grindelwald, the Upper and the Lower Grindelwaldglaciers. This Canyon belongs to the lower Glacier.

You can visit the canyon for about 1 kilometer. Sounds not too much, but its stunning, Especially at summer there is much water from rain and the glacier. 50 Years ago the canyon ends where the glacier ends - but this is history, the glacier is much shorter today. But its always impressive
